Traditions
Traditions
At the end of the year, the period between November and December, a lot of folkloric traditions are celebrated, as well as magical rituals and customs. We decided to rediscover their charm and origins on the night of 29 of November.
We started with the story of St Andrew, one of Jesus Christ's disciples who came in Dobrogea, on Romanian land, to spread Christianity. St Andrew is celebrated on the 30th of November. It is said that werewolves are haunting the Earth on that night and people, to protect from them, put garlic at windows and doors. They also plant grain to see how their luck in the next year will be, depending on how the grain grows.
Project The Future
Project The Future
The 20th century will probably be largely remembered for having the highest increase in life expectancy and for the more and more aggressive technology development! Well yeahthat's a good thing but what about the consequences?
What will the future bring to our children if we don't protect our world? From my point of view, the future, in progress with the world's continuing development won't be too good unless we make our land a better place.
If things will go in the right direction the perfect world will be a safe, clean and green one. Who wouldn't give anything to open the window in the morning and smell the clean air or listen to a bird sing instead of suffocating by car gases? I would for sure!
